eGaming Commercial Lead

As eGaming Commercial Lead within MannBenham Fiduciaries, you will work closely within our corporate services team with oversight across licensing, regulation, and compliance, and be responsible for delivering high quality, customer-focused services to our eGaming clients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has worked within an eGaming environment with strong client relationship skills.

The role will include:

• Developing and taking ownership of client relationships through the licencing process, focusing on regulation and compliance.
• Acting as a Director on behalf of our clients.
• Compliance support maintaining policies, procedures and client reporting in accordance with the regulations.
• Developing and implementing processes and procedures.
• The facilitation and running of regular client meetings with licensed operators.
• Working across the wider MannBenham group of companies.

About You
You will be a diligent individual with excellent client management skills. You will be hyper-focused on driving positive results in respect of client service, operational efficiency and risk management over both the short and long term.

The following attributes would also be advantageous:

• A minimum of three years’ experience within a regulated environment.
• Strong administrative skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A knowledge or understanding of the eGaming Sector.
• A good understanding of general compliance.
• The ability to manage and prioritise your work.
• Experience of delivering strategic priorities with strict timelines.
• A proven track record of maintaining strong client relationships.
• An excellent understanding of compliance, risk and governance and regulatory matters.
