Secretary | Opportunity

MannBenham Advocates are seeking a secretary to join our Douglas office and provide secretarial support across the departments within our busy law firm.

The work covers many different areas and you would be part of a team consisting of two other secretaries . You will be expected to carry out general administration duties to include:

• Audio typing, preparing, and amending draft documents.
• Making and receiving telephone calls and dealing with emails.
• Making appointments and assisting with queries.
• Photocopying, filing and general office duties including opening files and preparing completed file storage.
• Providing reception cover when needed.

Essential Role Requirements:

• Experience as a secretary and understanding of the need for confidentiality.
• Well-organised, careful, conscientious approach.
• Punctual and efficient, with strong communication skills both with colleagues and clients
• A team player, but with the ability to use initiative to work independently
• Good literacy skills and numeracy skills.
