Highly experienced team with a great understanding of statutory documents
When you run your own business there are
certain documents that we will help you file with
the Companies Registry.
Statutory documents and records for a company are required to be maintained. This is in addition to the documents companies are required to file to Companies Registry in order to keep matters up to date.
A sole trader will have to register the business name under which they wish to trade (unless they trade under their own real name) and must also file an annual declaration that they are still trading.
A limited company is obliged to file much more documentation, basically every time something changes within your company whether it is a change in director, obtaining a mortgage or changing the structure of shareholdings then there is a document to file with the Registry.
