Gaynor Denham

Gaynor Denham is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives having qualified in 2001 and a Commissioner for Oaths.

Gaynor works alongside Senior Counsel and Advocate Terence McDonald assisting with a variety of commercial matters including commercial legal opinions, commercial and financial arrangements, sale and purchase of businesses including commercial and industrial real estate, and shareholder agreements.

In addition, Gaynor undertakes a variety of private client work to include wills, probate and estates, powers of attorney, receivership, will and estate disputes, leases and tenancies as well as conveyancing matters.
