The team is responsible for advising on Gaming licence applications along with compliance and procedural consultation, working closely with the directors and the business team to solve issues, create value, maximise growth and improve business performance by providing operational and practical advice.

Regulatory Process
We are on hand to help you through the application process – for an OGRA licence you must be an Isle of Man company and must have at least two local directors. You must also appoint at least one Designated Official, however if they are not resident in the Isle of Man you must in addition appoint an Operations Manager.

The application process requires all KYC due diligence documentation on all the Directors, the Designated Official and Operations Manager as well as details of the shareholder and beneficial owners of the gaming company.

We will assist you in gathering all the relevant information, and review accordingly, ahead of submitting any licence application to the Commission along with the application fee.

After completion of their vetting process, the Commission will invite you to a licensing hearing and when successful, you must then pay the licence fee before going live. We will be on hand to assist you and accompany you on any meetings with the Commission
