年）規定的9類執照
。
該法不再包含「信用社」的正式定義，但通常被理解為是指一個非營利性貨幣合作社，其成員可以低利率從集合存款借款。
9 類 |受管制活動
進行第 9 類受監管活動的許可證持有人目前不受《金融服務規則手冊》的管制，而是受標準許可證條件監管。 牌照持有人必須遵守管理局施加並在牌照上顯示的任何牌照條件。
第9類牌照的持有人，不得持有任何其它類別牌照。
