Oliver Fleming was called to the Bar in February 2025 and is now an Advocate at MannBenham Advocates, where he plays a key role in supporting the firm’s litigation team. His training experience covered a wide range of legal areas, and he is committed to delivering meticulous legal analysis and advocacy on behalf of clients.

Oliver holds a first-class honours degree from the University of Cumbria, where his dissertation was recognised for its excellence and preserved as an exemplar in the university’s library. Building on this strong academic foundation, he pursued a Master’s degree in Qualifying Law, followed by a Master’s in Legal Practice, meeting the rigorous requirements set by the Isle of Man Law Society for qualification as an Isle of Man Advocate.

Since joining MannBenham in late 2022, Oliver has gained extensive experience across diverse areas of law. He has been involved in complex litigation matters, developing a robust understanding of procedural and substantive legal issues making him a valuable asset to the firm.

As he continues to advance his career, Oliver remains dedicated to refining his advocacy skills and broadening his legal expertise, underscoring his commitment to upholding the highest standards of the legal profession.
