Kate Clague joined MannBenham Advocates in September 2021 as an Advocate and Commissioner for Oaths in our Property Team.

Offering friendly advice and assistance to clients across a range of residential and commercial property matters, Kate deals with residential and commercial sale and purchase transactions, transfers of equity, re-mortgages, applications for possessory title, commercial lending transactions and all aspects of freehold and leasehold property.

Kate also has experience in dealing with Wills and Probate and Powers of Attorney.

Having graduated from BPP Law School in Manchester with a Graduate Diploma in Law in 2009 and Kate obtained a Distinction on the Legal Practice Course in 2010. Kate was called to the Bar as a Manx Advocate in 2013. Prior to studying Law, Kate obtained a BA Honours Degree in Music from Paul McCartney’s prestigious Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts in 2007.
