Part-Qualified Accountant

We are looking for a part-qualified accountant who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and dive into a broad and rewarding finance role. You won’t be stuck in a silo — instead, you’ll gain hands-on experience across the full finance lifecycle, working with a team that values accuracy, insight, and collaboration.

From day one, you’ll be trusted to take ownership of key responsibilities such as:

• Reviewing and managing day-to-day financial transactions, including receipts and payments, to ensure everything is running smoothly behind the scenes
• Preparing accurate and timely VAT and tax returns, playing a critical role in keeping us compliant and informed
• Producing financial statements that don’t just tick boxes — they help tell the story of the business to internal and external stakeholders
• Handling bank reconciliations — not just preparing them, but reviewing and investigating to ensure integrity across our accounts
• Liaising with stakeholders at all levels, from operational teams to senior management, supporting both recurring financial processes and one-off strategic projects
• Supporting key financial reporting points throughout the year, such as budgeting cycles and interim reporting, with detailed and insightful analysis
• Reconciling various balance sheet accounts, identifying variances and helping drive the accuracy of our general ledger
• Playing an active role in audits, from preparing comprehensive year-end files and working trial balances to liaising with external auditors and providing key evidence

This is a role for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in getting the details right, and wants to understand not just what the numbers are — but why they matter. What we are looking for…

• Part-qualified in ACCA or ACA (or an equivalent qualification).
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and a genuine passion for finance.
