A Mirror Will is best suited for couples, be it married or cohabiting. They are virtually identical Wills, where one member of the couple leaves their estate to the other in the event of their death. – A mirror will as is suggested in the name mirrors the wishes of two people.
Will trusts are similar documents created on behalf of a couple, be it married, unmarried or civil partners.
