The Role:
Managing a Dynamic Property and Conveyancing Caseload

As a core member of the MannBenham Property team, you will manage a varied, independent caseload encompassing both residential and commercial property matters. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include handling:

• Residential property sales and purchases

• Commercial property transactions and leasing

• Re-mortgages and equity transfers

• Building and maintaining strong, direct client relationships

• Providing practical, proactive, and exceptional legal service to individuals and corporate clients across the Isle of Man
