This is a fantastic chance to begin your career with one of the Island’s leading law firms within their busy conveyancing department. You will play a vital role in the legal process, utilising strong communication and interpersonal skills, collaborating closely with the team and interacting directly with clients, estate agents, and other law firms.
We seek a candidate with a strong client focus and a keen willingness to learn. The ideal candidate will have great attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills.
Duties for this role will include:
- Dealing with daily client correspondence.
- Liaison and meeting organisation for the team, clients and intermediaries.
- Assisting with the administration of client matters, including sending out correspondence, requests for information, scanning and general client file maintenance.
- Preparing documentation for signature.
- Dealing directly with directors and senior management.
- Ensuring the client’s digital database remains updated at all times.
- Covering reception and answering phones and emails when required.
- Address file-related queries via telephone or face-to-face, ensuring adherence to client service levels and standards.

- Excellent office-based IT skills.
- Demonstrate solid customer service and support skills.
- Ability to work and remain focused in a busy, time-sensitive environment.
