MannBenham has an opening for a Family Lawyer, Advocate or Solicitor
MannBenham Advocates are looking for a Family Advocate/Lawyer to become an integral part of the MannBenham Family Team
The successful candidate will join the MannBenham Family Team in our Douglas office dealing with a range of personal and family law matters.
Our team has a wealth of experience, covering all areas of family law, not just separation and divorce – we are also here to help you with change of name deeds, care proceedings and pre- and post-nuptial agreements. We also offer other family law-based services such as applications to remove children from the Isle of Man on a permanent basis, often to the UK but also to places further afield such as Australia and New Zealand.
Our approachable family law team can also help unmarried couples with a number of matters. These include issues you may be facing regarding your children, finances or planning for the future and ensuring that an agreement is in place to protect existing assets. We are committed to ensuring that you are guided through the legal process step-by-step and seek to protect your interests from day one.
We are looking for a dedicated and qualified family advocate, lawyer or solicitor to join our dynamic legal practice. You will perform a range of duties including but not be limited to:
- Contact and residence orders
- Financial matters and maintenance
- Separation agreements and divorce
- Prenuptial agreements
- Parental responsibility
- Filing legal documents
- Attending court proceedings
- Participating in mediation sessions
In addition to a competitive salary, training and on-going professional development will be provided.
