MannBenham & Marown Badminton Club:
Commitment to Community Sport 2026
Commitment to Community Sport 2026
Following the success of our initial collaboration during Marown Badminton Club’s milestone 50th anniversary, MannBenham Advocates is pleased to confirm our ongoing sponsorship for the 2026 season. This marks the second year of our three-year support commitment, reinforcing our dedication to local sport and inclusivity on the Isle of Man.
Sustaining Local Talent
Since our sponsorship began in 2024, Marown Badminton Club members have proudly worn their MannBenham-branded playing shirts at Centre 21 and across the Island’s competitive leagues. Our annual contribution provides the club with essential financial stability, allowing the volunteer-led committee to focus on fostering a welcoming environment for players of all ages and abilities.
From nurturing junior talent to celebrating senior successes in the Isle of Man Badminton Association leagues, the club’s ethos of “badminton for all” aligns perfectly with our firm’s values of accessibility and excellence.
Backing Project 21
A vital component of this relationship is the club’s tie-in with Project 21. Our sponsorship directly facilitates the club’s annual donation to this vital initiative, which brings together five local charities: Mencap, Autism in Mann, Down’s Syndrome Isle of Man, Manx Gateway Club, and Special Olympics Isle of Man.
By supporting Marown’s use of the facilities at Centre 21, we are helping ensure this hub remains a vibrant space for recreational opportunities for those with learning difficulties.
Looking Ahead to 2027
As we move into the 2027 season, we are excited to see the club continue to thrive. Whether you are a seasoned competitor or a beginner looking to pick up a racket for the first time, Marown Badminton Club offers a fantastic community to join.
Miles Benham, Managing Director of MannBenham Advocates, commented:
“Our support for Marown Badminton Club is about providing long-term stability to an organisation that makes a genuine difference. We are proud to enter the second year of this three-year sponsorship deal and look forward to seeing the club’s continued progress throughout 2026 and into 2027.”
