Manavia | Gambling Licensing Experts to Attend SBC Summit in Lisbon

Manavia returns from SBC Summit in Lisbon

Manavia Limited is celebrating great success at the SBC Summit 2024 conference in Lisbon.

As one of the largest gambling and gaming industry conferences, SBC Summit brought together some of the best industry leaders and experts from across the globe. Among the many exhibitors, Manavia stood out with its showcase of both Isle of Man licences and the newly launched Vanuatu Interactive Gaming licence.

This year, Manavia took a new approach at the SBC Summit conference; after building up a solid reputation over the last 25 years on the Isle of Man, the Manavia team has begun working alongside the Vanuatu Gaming Licensing team to celebrate the recent launch of the new Vanuatu Interactive Gaming License. This gave potential clients the opportunity to learn about two exciting jurisdictions with great opportunities for operators looking to enter and expand into new markets.

SBC Summit attracts 25,000 attendees, proving to be the perfect platform for Manavia to shine. Miles Benham, Frank Schuengel and James Balanda attended the conference as Manavia’s representatives, showcasing their expertise and opportunities in two advantageous jurisdictions. The team attended productive meetings with industry leaders, regulators, and innovators, all of whom expressed high regard for the regulatory frameworks of both jurisdictions.

The Isle of Man is already a respected and long-standing jurisdiction for online gambling and is recognised for its strong regulatory environment, transparency, and international reputation for compliance. The Isle of Man’s licences are a tried and tested solution for companies seeking a safe, secure, and reliable jurisdiction for their operations.

However, it was Manavia’s association with the Vanuatu licence that sparked interest. As a renewed option in the market, the Vanuatu licence offers an exciting opportunity for operators looking for flexibility and efficiency, with a streamlined regulatory process and a jurisdiction eager to support the growth of the global gaming industry. Attendees at SBC Summit were particularly excited by the competitive advantages offered by Vanuatu, including lower costs and fast-tracked licensing times, without compromising compliance and operational standards.

The Vanuatu Gaming Licensing stand stood out by having representatives from the Vanuatu government and the Vanuatu Gaming Authority on hand to answer any questions about this fast-re-emerging gaming jurisdiction.

“The feedback we’ve received at SBC Summit Lisbon has been phenomenal,” said James Balanda, Business Development Executive at Manavia Limited, “We’ve known for years that the Isle of Man is a gold standard in gaming regulation, but the interest in the new Vanuatu Interactive Gaming licences exceeded even our expectations. The industry has embraced the potential that Vanuatu brings to the table, and we’re excited to be a key facilitator of that growth.”
